The charge agreed on your call stays fixed, even if the visit crosses into another time band.
What the initial visit includes.
Attendance and up to the first hour on site assessing and containing the immediate issue, helping prevent further property damage. Straightforward minor repairs are included where practical.
This is not a promise of a permanent repair within the first hour.
Any further work is agreed separately.
Further labour, materials, specialist equipment and return visits are quoted and approved separately before proceeding.

Discuss the emergency
Call to confirm the issue, your property location, expected arrival and the applicable call-out charge.
Confirm your booking
Pay 50% of the agreed call-out charge before dispatch. This confirms your booking and reserves the engineer’s time. It counts towards the total, not an extra charge.
Pay the remaining balance
The remaining balance is payable at the end of the initial visit. Any further work is quoted and approved separately.
